University of Suffolk was only awarded University status in 2016. But within a few short years established itself within the top 20% of Universities as rated by WhatUni.
Always looking to innovate, the University created a 5 year plan and vision; looking at the improvements they wanted to make in a number of key areas. IT infrastructure was identified as being fundamental to the University’s ability to deliver a high-quality student experience. As well as a better modern teaching environment.
As part of this, they rolled out Office 365 to ensure everyone had the tools they needed for both teaching and learning.
We came on board and worked with the University to plan and execute a successful rollout of Office 365, and boost adoption. We started with the delivery of a clear communications campaign in the build up to the rollout of the technology, before the delivery of Office 365 training to all University staff across different departments.
We also delivered workshops that were created bespoke to the needs of individual departments. Participants were encouraged to bring their challenges to the sessions, so that we could work together to find the best solution.
All by using applications within Office 365.
