We worked with a leading car manufacturer to help their staff feel more confident using technology and deliver ROI from Microsoft 365 investment.

The organisation had made a large investment in modern technologies, transitioning over to Microsoft 365 from an on-premise solution. However, after conducting an employee satisfaction survey, they discovered a level of frustration with these new tools.

There was a growing concern around employees not using the technology available to its full potential. Wanting to improve employee satisfaction, they reached out to Hable for help.

We started by gaining a deeper understanding of the way the organisation worked. While our inhouse Creative Services team got to begun designing the brand identity for the new Champions network. Including the name, assets such as posters and digital signage, and a badge.

With brand identity and programme name secured, we were ready to raise awareness. We delivered an engaging internal comms campaign and put on an in-person awareness day to get staff excited about the learning programme, encourage sign ups to the Digital Champions network, and get people ready to learn!

Delivered as virtual workshops and webinars, the learning was split into app-based and scenario-based learning. To help staff first improve confidence of the apps within Microsoft 365, before applying their knowledge to real-life workplace scenarios. We are delighted to have received an average rating of 4.6/5 for these learning sessions.

To aid self-serve learning following the sessions, we produced a bank of engaging and informative learning materials for Champions. We find this extra support material crucial in solidifying learning and ensuring information is retained over time.

Following the sessions, 0% of people said they were 'Not at all confident' using Microsoft 365. Compared to 28% being ‘not at all confident’ before the learning programme.

We are delighted to have had such a positive impact on increasing confidence around technology usage. We continue to work with the organisation on ensuring the Digital Champions network stays successful.
